INDIGO CALICO

Calico..indigo...when I see it at a sale, I can't refuse it! I love this vintage fabric that was printed in Amana until 1917. It was sold coast to coast, at one time only 10 cents a yard. It was made in different weights in a plain and twill weave, twill the stronger one. It was heavier cloth for work clothes. This fabric is also seen in quilts, dresses, aprons, and curtains to name a few. So nice....
